The Real Housewives of Sydney cast is set to be rocked by a “huge divide”, and it’s shaping up to be a drama-filled season!

After RHOS was canned for being “too extreme” back in 2018, we thought we were in for a reboot reminiscent of Antiques Roadshow.

But boy, were we wrong because, as revealed in episode 323 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the leading ladies have split into two distinct camps: The oldies and the newbies!

Krissy [Marsh] and Nicole [O’Neil], the OGs, stuck together like glue all season. Victoria [Montano] was very close with them as well,” one insider told So Dramatic!.

They then explained that Krissy and Kate Adams “didn’t like each other from the get-go”.

“They’re just not each other’s cup of tea. They come from different backgrounds, different generations and have different morals, values and views,” they added.

“Kate’s very progressive and socialistic, while Krissy, Nicole and Victoria are on the opposite end of the spectrum and have old school values and come from old prestigious money.

“So, they didn’t see eye-to-eye on many issues that arose.” And sexuality-gate was a prime example!

What drama goes down on RHOS this season?

Our insider spilled the tea on some of the drama that goes down between the ladies.

“The drama starts off between Krissy and Kate, with Nicole and Victoria sticking by Krissy,” they dished.

Sally [Obermeder] plays it safe and stays on good terms with everyone. She’s very media-trained and is cautious not to get any stains on her squeaky-clean image.”

The source then confirmed that Terry Biviano came to Kate’s defence as the pair are close IRL. They also spilled that Krissy’s unfiltered nature ruffled a lot of feathers among the cast.

Despite the chaos that goes down this season, there were some positives.

“[The drama] sparks a lot of important conversations among the women about some pretty serious social issues and what society accepts and doesn’t accept anymore,” they said.

“There are lots of debates and differing opinions on many different topics.

“Old, outdated views and ideas around class are being challenged. It’s a great exercise in showing how society has evolved since season one and it’s like bringing the old back to the new.” And we love to hear it!
