The Block‘s controversial bidder Adrian “Mr Lambo” Portelli has revealed a “plot twist” after an “ungrateful” couple won the $4.25 million house he gave away.

Kevin and Andrea Griffin won the home renovated by 2022 contestants Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra after Adrian, who purchased the property in November 2022, announced that he’d raffle it off as a prize through his business LMCT+.

However, the Victorian couple were called out for being “ungrateful” after a video circulated of them looking unimpressed with the Gisborne home.

Shortly after, the Herald Sun revealed CCTV footage showing Adrian and a group of men seemingly removing several items from the house, which the winning couple claimed were worth around $100,000.

However, Adrian stated that these items were never included in the terms and conditions of the giveaway.

Then, in a brutal “plot twist”, the 34-year-old took to the official LMCT+ Instagram account to announce that he’d be running a $1 giveaway with all the items he’d removed from the house.

“Because we want them to go to someone who’s going to be grateful and deserving,” he said.

Adrian also revealed that he’d be donating $100,000, the same amount he “stole”, to Australians affected by homelessness.

“We’re discussing how many people out there will be grateful to have a roof over their head, let alone a $4.3 million furnished home mortgage-free,” he added. Burn!

A wine fridge, a treadmill, a meat smoker, a toolbox and an array of kitchen appliances will be included in the giveaway, as well as a Toyota Landcruiser 300 series.
