Save the date, Blockheads, because The Block 2023 auctions are right around the corner.
After 12 weeks of gruelling renovations and an insurmountable amount of drama, the made-over homes on Hampton East’s Charming Street are ready to go under the hammer.
Now, some fans have already made their predictions as to which team’s house will rake in the biggest profit.
However, we won’t know the true outcome until after auction day, which has been set for Saturday, November 4.
If history persists, The Block fans can watch all the action unfold on Channel Nine or 9Now the following day — Sunday, November 5.
Ahead of the big day, Domain released the teams’ listing agents and price guides and holy sh*t, a lot of cash is going to be thrown around!
Steph and Gian Ottavio‘s House 4 is expected to fetch the least on auction day, with a price guide of $2.2 to $2.4 million.
Meanwhile, Eliza and Liberty Paschke‘s House 5 comes with the biggest price tag, listed at $2.7 to $2.85 million.
The three remaining properties are all priced at $2.5 to $2.75 million.
Whoever makes the biggest profit on the day will also pocket an additional $100,000 in prize money.
