The Block 2023 contestants have been left “devastated” by their poor edits and is anyone surprised?
The 19th season of the hit renovation show has been one of the most explosive ones yet. We’ve seen bullying, cheating scandals and toxic behaviour and we’re only at the halfway point.
However, one insider told Yahoo! Lifestyle that some contestants are already appalled by their edits, before warning viewers that most of the drama hasn’t even started yet.
“An all-out war is brewing,” the source dished. “Big problems start small and we’re only being teased with the actual drama that unfolds in coming weeks.”
And we’re not sure how MORE drama is even possible as this season’s already been chaotic AF!
The source then explained that some contestants were intentionally cast to butt heads but nobody realised just how much they would clash.
And this makes sense. There’s no way producers didn’t play a role in the drama that’s gone down between Steph Ottavio, Leah Milton and Kristy Beams.
“Building houses will always be the priority for the producers but even they will admit the drama between the women this year seemed to pull focus,” they continued.
“The tension which keeps building as the series goes on has also shocked the contestants.”

According to the insider, the current contestants are surprised about how fans are receiving the show.
“What happened during filming didn’t match most of the contestants’ ideas on who would be popular with viewers. I’d say it’s almost in reverse,” they spilled. And Leah, we’re looking at you…
Because of how brutal this season has been, some contestants have allegedly started to mend their image in time for the November auctions. So we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for damage control efforts and apology tours!
