Just a month into filming, Married at First Sight Australia 2024 was rocked by a huge cheating scandal involving groom Jack Dunkley.
Brisbane-based Courtney was left in utter shock after the news broke that her ex-boyfriend Jack tied the knot for the upcoming season of the marriage experiment.

To make matters worse, the Gold Coast-based personal trainer broke up with Courtney just WEEKS before filming after allegedly telling her that he was “moving overseas” for work.
And of course, Courtney went ROGUE online.
“When someone tells you they love you, introduces you to their family, lies to you saying they are going to America ‘for a work opportunity’ only to find out they broke your heart to be on MAFS.
“The world we live in disgusts me,” she wrote under an Instagram photo of Jacob “marrying” Tori Adams.
And it looks like we have another Harrison Boon on our hands! Or Dan Hunjas! Or Bryce Ruthven! We can’t keep up…
To add more fuel to the fire, if that’s even possible, Courtney told an outlet that the pair had even discussed moving in together. WTAF?!
“I even started selling my furniture,” she dished. “This is the worst thing a man has ever done to me. I’d been driving myself crazy for a month wondering why everything was so shady.”

Whilst he may’ve thought the grass would be greener, it seems things haven’t been so rosy for Jack and his on-screen wife on the show.
According to production insiders, the newlyweds were on “rocky grounds” after Tori found out that her hubby had dumped his IRL girlfriend to appear on the show.
Supposedly, this drama transpired after the couple returned from their honeymoon at Tamanu on the beach in Vanuatu. Ouch. How’s that for a romantic getaway?
