Fans call out Farmer Wants a Wife 2024 farmers for being ‘too young’
Fans took to the comments section of the official FWAW Instagram account to share their concerns about the new batch of farmers.
“Can the 22-year-olds please chill? We all know they’re not looking for a wife,” one person wrote, whilst another commented: “Yes! But I’m 39! These farmers are all too young.”
“Where are the older farmers?” a third penned, whilst a fourth said: “It’d be good if they got some 40+ ones for once!”
Former MAFS star Liam Cooper also pointed out the lack of diversity, questioning: “Where is the LGBTQIA? There are gay, lesbian and bisexual farmers out there that are looking for love too!”
However, despite the warranted batch of critical comments, many fans expressed their excitement for the new series.
MAFS 2023 bride Alyssa Barmonde even wrote: “Sign me up”. So who knows? We may see her don a pair of cowboy boots in the upcoming season!
