The Bachelors Australia 2023‘s Tash Candyce has responded to rumours that she’s STILL dating Olivia Molly Rogers‘ ex Justin McKeone after calling out his F-boy antics on her Instagram Story.
ICYMI: Justin and Tash were spied at Melbourne’s Bar Bambi looking rather cozy earlier this month. This came as a shock to many because she’d recently called him a clown on her Instagram Story after he two-timed her and co-star Leah Cummings
However, on July 24, Tash took to Instagram to set the record straight.
“Leah is fine,” the 30-year-old started. “For everyone coming at me, mind your own business. If your number’s not saved in my phone, I really couldn’t care less about your opinion.”
She then shut down the romance rumours, stating: “Justin and I are good friends.” Interesting…
What went down between The Bachelors’ Leah Cummings, Justin McKeone and Tash Candyce?
During her juicy tell-all interview in episode 302 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Leah revealed that Justin had led her to believe they were dating.
“I thought we were dating. Not officially. But I was happy with what was happening and where we were going,” she said.
However, things started to go stale when Justin saw “something in the news” about them being an item. Supposedly, he freaked out, leading him to tell So Dramatic! that he’s “looking forward to dating, but not with Leah”.
“That really hit home, because [if we weren’t dating] what had we been doing?” the 33-year-old said.
“We FaceTimed all the time. I was contemplating moving [to Melbourne]. And he was going to help me move,” she added. Yikes.
To make matters worse, Justin told Tash that he was keen on dating her at a recent Team Ellis Boxing match whilst he was still seeing Leah.
Luckily, the Bachie babes teamed up to take him down.
“Tash messaged him saying: ‘Hey, did you mean what you said about dating me?’ And he said ‘Yeah’,” Leah dished.
However, Tash shut it down and immediately sent screenshots of the conversation to Leah.
“I saw the messages and [it looked like] he told Tash that he’d broken up with me…But he didn’t,” Leah continued.
After he got the “shut down message” from Tash, he continued to message Leah as if nothing had happened, so she took matters into her own hands and confronted him, before ending their relationship.
