Aussie media royalty Hamish Blake and Zoë Foster Blake reportedly have their sights set on purchasing a property from The Block 2023.

The 19th (!!) season of the hit show has wrapped filming of the renovation portion of the series, which the cast allegedly commemorated with matching tattoos of The Block logo. LOL!

With the homes now completed, buzz around who wants to snap them up is mounting, with Woman’s Day dishing that Hamish and Zoë are at the top of the list.

The publication reported that the duo’s former assistant is among The Block 2023 cast, with the beauty entrepreneur and her Lego Masters host hubby rumoured to have already viewed the contestant’s made-over property.

“They know what a good investment The Block houses are,” an insider said. “Even though they’ve been living in Sydney for three years now, Melbourne will always be home for them.

“This would be just the perfect place to stay when they visit.” That’d be a pretty pricy holiday home if you ask us!

The source concluded: “Not to mention, it could potentially help their assistant and dear friend take home the extra $100,000 prize money if they win.”

Hmm, sounds like we might see a repeat of the “Mr Lambo” drama that unfolded last season!

“On any other building project, such as the many other builds occurring in the area, we would not have had any communication,” they told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

“Of course it doesn’t mean they’ve been perfect but they do talk to the residents and try to work out any challenges.”

It came after creator Julian Cress gifted Charming Street locals a bottle of wine to make up for any inconveniences they’d experienced in recent months.

This included a pompous letter asking locals to keep their cars parked off the street. The pop-up McCafé on site also stopped serving free coffee
