Dancing with the Stars 2023 is gracing our screens later this year, and we’ve found out just how much the celebrity cast is getting paid to tap their way to the top!
Hosted by Sonia Kruger and Daryl Somers, the 2023 season will feature an all-new cast who’ve never taken the DWTS dance floor before. Bring it on!
We’re talking names like MasterChef‘s Matt Preston, The Bachelor’s Laura Byrne and Home and Away’s Emily Weir.
But just how much are these stars getting paid to put it all on the line?
Previous reports have stated that Laura, 37, was taking home a whopping $75,000 for her stint on the show.
“Laura is one of the biggest names this year and she negotiated a deal believed to be around $75,000,” one source dished to Yahoo Lifestyle.
“She has a huge following online, a national radio show and co-hosts one of Australia’s most popular podcasts. Channel Seven know having her on will give the ratings a boost.”

However, according to Woman’s Day, this may not be the case.
The publication reported that for the first time ever, all of the celebrities this season are receiving the same salary.
It’s been said that this year’s cast are each being paid a cool $50,000 for their appearance on the show and where can we sign up for the next season?
“The cast all rehearsed and trained as if they were going to the finale,” one source dished.
“They all put in the same amount of time, so they were all paid for five weeks of their time.
“It was a one-price-fits-all of just under $50,000 each,” they added.
