“I’ve been really going through it lately,” he started.

“Not posting for sympathy, but I tend to try and keep it moving and respond to people with ‘I’m fine’.

“[However], the biggest thing I’ve learnt over the last couple years is when you don’t accept your feelings and feel them, they’re gonna come out in ways you don’t want them to,” the 26-year-old added.

Jack then shared that he felt “frustrated”, as he’s been “craving” a sense of purpose that he’s yet to find.

“[The music] industry is hard. I want to work so badly, but I sit in a funny category between singer, reality TV person and content creator.

“I miss singing. Sometimes I want to give it all up again.

“So much has happened over the years, there’s stuff that I can’t talk about that I hope I get to talk about one day, so I can feel some freedom from it,” he said.

The post comes after the singer was forced to reveal he has Tourette Syndrome after viewers criticised him for “fidgeting” in interviews when promoting The Challenge Australia in 2022.
