Taking to social media, The Challenge competitor said followers said “nasty things” about how he “twitches” his fingers.

Jack then admitted that he was diagnosed with Tourette’s at seven years old, with the disorder affecting his hand, speech and facial movements.

He was also diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) at the same time.

While the serial reality star said the conditions have eased over the years, he still finds his hands twitching in situations where he is nervous.

“Just go with it,” he told fans, pleading with them to be understanding of his disorder.

In the interview, Jack promoted his short-lived stint on The Challenge and could be seen holding his hands together tightly.

The singer said this was due to him trying to stop his hands from shaking on live television.

The admission comes after Jack was forced to leave a Sydney movie premiere in October due to an anxiety attack.
