Channel Seven’s all-new reality series Dream Home gives everyday Aussies the chance to renovate their homes, and they want YOU to apply for the first-ever season.
Much like the New Zealand-based show with the same name, Dream Home follows teams of hard-working contestants as they renovate their homes. However, there’s a smidgen of a twist.

The teams get to renovate their own homes for FREE, and the most impressive team will take home a “life-changing” cash prize.
You don’t have to be an expert or a tradie to join in on the fun. All you need is an “eye for design” and a “drive to get your hands dirty”, so if this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
Additionally, TV Blackbox voiced rumours that Channel Seven newcomer Chris Brown will be hosting the new show, which would be icing on the cake!

If you’re a DIY genius who loves to get down to business, we’ve got all the details on how to apply for Dream Home 2024.
How to apply for Channel Seven’s Dream Home
The application process for Dream Home is a breeze compared to the heavy lifting you’d do on the show.
To start, you’ll need to provide a number of personal details. Then, after you get through the basics, you’ll be asked a series of questions that you’re urged to answer in a “clean and honest manner”.
Unlike MAFS, we’re sure no questions about your sexual history will come up… hopefully!
Prospective contestants will also be asked about their homes, whether they have a building permit and various questions about their potential teammates.
Then, there are some in-depth questions about team dynamics as well as the style you envisage for your home.
For the best chance of succeeding to the next stage, applicants are encouraged to provide as much information as possible.
After that, it’s up to the casting team to decide whether you’ll progress to the next round.
If this sounds like something you’d love to do, you can apply for Dream Home here. Good luck!
