Customers of Abbie Chatfield‘s clothing label Verbose are claiming the brand is deleting comments containing concerns over missing orders.

ICYMI: The serial reality star has recently been held to account after countless loyal fans voiced their frustration over unfulfilled orders, some of which were placed in late 2022.

Then, after its website appeared to show Verbose had collapsed, Abbie began replying to comments, stating an overwhelming response to their latest product drop left her team in disarray.

Now, a customer got in touch with So Dramatic! in May to point out the latest incident in the Verbose saga.

“Abbie is onto it, deleting comments about any more missing orders,” they said.

“Seven comments that I’ve seen in the last 48 hours have been deleted. Any legit enquiries are being removed within minutes of being up!”

Another fan said that it’s “so distasteful” that Abbie has “pulled this card instead of addressing” the issues at hand.

“My order that I wanted six weeks for was $240,” they explained. “I can only imagine how much money is really owed to people.”

A third user also claimed in June that Verbose was STILL removing comments after concerns they’d screenshotted seemingly disappeared from the page.

“There’s a small chance that Verbose is messaging them once they comment and they are removing their own comments, but I’m doubtful,” they said.

In one comment shared to So Dramatic!, a customer asked why she “only [got] refunded for half of [her] order”.

“Have also tried to contact hello@verbose several times.”

Another comment asked if she could get in touch with the business, after “multiple” emails and DMs went unread about her missing order.

Customers continue to voice concern over missing orders

In mid-May, Abbie told one Verbose customer that “as far as [she was] aware”, all issues had been rectified.

However, as evident in further, yet-to-be-deleted comments left by disgruntled consumers, this doesn’t seem to be the case.

“Where is my order? I still haven’t received it!” one user wrote. “Rumour has it you are just going out of business and not honouring past orders!”

Responding to the customer, the label replied: “If you can let me know what your order number is and I can look into it for you.”

Another user posted on Abbie’s personal Instagram page, wondering “why there’s been NO mention or update” by the FBOY Island host about the orders and the lack of items on Verbose’s website.

“I’d think that would be more important than promo for a reality show especially being YOUR label?”

Abbie Chatfield maintains all Verbose issues were ‘sorted months ago’

Abbie was quick to reply, reiterating that she still believes any and all problems have been sorted.

“Can you send me your order number and we will get this sorted? We have an automatic refund policy once it’s lodged!” the 27-year-old penned.

In a subsequent comment, Abbie added: “No one can purchase anything because we release drops, and we sold out of the drops.

“As I’ve been extremely busy at the start of this year we have paused the next drop.

“If you have an order issue though please message me and I can let my business partners know as these were all sorted months ago as far as I was aware!” she concluded.

Verbose has been contacted for comment.
