Abbie Chatfield has claimed that all “order issues” pertaining to her clothing label Verbose have been “resolved”, despite fans complaining that they haven’t received their items.

ICYMI: The serial reality star has recently been held to account after countless loyal fans voiced their frustration over unfulfilled orders, some of which were placed in late 2022.

Then, there was speculation that Verbose had collapsed after its website, which offered inclusive sizes from six to 26, was found to return error codes beyond the home page.

Now, after weeks of silence, Abbie has addressed the problems in the comment section of Verbose’s Instagram page.

Replying to a comment made by a follower eight weeks prior, Abbie said: “As far as I’m aware all our order issues are resolved.

“Our dispatch and logistics team got extremely busy during the baby tee drop.”

She added that if the order was still “unresolved” she would “sort” the problem out if the customer DM’d her their “order number”.

Fans call out Abbie Chatfield for ‘ripping off’ customers

Replying to Abbie’s comment, another customer said the FBOY Island host had “pushed blame”.

“How can you blame the dispatch and logistics team and claim it was just for this drop when I had to wait months for my Deceber order too?” they questioned. “And as per comments, so did numerous other people.

“Stop making excuses and making a mockery of your team and staff. How absolutely insulting that you blame other people that you employ, rather than just give a simple apology.”

The user added that Abbie hasn’t “taken any accountability or responsibility”.

You have pushed blame, made excuses and ignored the issue. Deplorable at this point. You are a sell out.”

Another customer said they have “tried three times” to get in touch.

“But no response yet!” they wrote.

They added that they “received notification” on May 1 that the order was in transit. However, the tracking number and a post office search revealed that the products were “not received by the sorting centre”.

Another fan revealed they’d suffered “the exact same issue”.

“Tracking number generated on 1 May but clearly has not shipped. What is going on @verbosethelabel.”

Elsewhere in the comment section, a follower revealed Verbose refunded them for their unfulfilled order.

Another wondered if it had been processed, as they’d also been offered a refund, but it “hasn’t come through”.
