Abbie Chatfield‘s once-celebrated clothing label Verbose has had its website wiped amid speculation the brand is closing down.

ICYMI: The serial reality star has recently been held to account after countless loyal fans voiced their frustration over unfulfilled orders, some of which were placed in late 2022.

In April, items marked “final sale” on the website further spurred rumours that the label had collapsed.

Now, it appears that Verbose is no more after its website, which offered inclusive sizes from six to 26, was found to return error codes beyond the home page.

The brand has also remained silent on social media since its last post on March 6.

Disgruntled customers reveal they are being refunded by Abbie Chatfield’s label Verbose

While Abbie and Verbose have remained relatively silent on the matter, their customers have not.

Taking to the comment section on Verbose’s Instagram page, one user said they have “tried three times” to get in touch.

“But no response yet!” they wrote.

They added that they “received notification” on May 1 that the order was in transit. However, the tracking number and a post office search revealed that the products were “not received by the sorting centre”.

Another fan revealed they’d suffered “the exact same issue”.

“Tracking number generated on 1 May but clearly has not shipped. What is going on @verbosethelabel.”

Elsewhere in the comment section, a follower revealed Verbose refunded them for their unfulfilled order.

Another wondered if it had been processed, as they’d also been offered a refund, but it “hasn’t come through”.

Abbie Chatfield’s fans question her ‘integrity’ amid Verbose clothing label drama

In a DM sent to So Dramatic!, one disgruntled fan of Abbie’s said they were “up in arms” over the situation involving Verbose.

“Very sad to see someone build a career on their integrity and then see that they actually have NONE,” they said.

Another follower said that Abbie’s lack of communication was “sh*t”.

“Look, I get she’s busy and all, totally respect that but it’s just so sh*t that she’s ignored this,” the user penned.

A third expressed to So Dramatic! that it all seems “very convenient” for the FBOY Island host.

“I hate to say this because I really loved Abbie, but it is very convenient that as soon as this got brought to attention, along with some bad media about her co-workers, she claimed she’s falling behind for mental health reasons and can’t take a break because it’s her income,” they wrote.

“I mean, when you have ‘a few properties scattered around the place’ that at least two of, are valued over $1.5 million, you aren’t struggling for income.

“Yet it’s okay to withhold hundreds of dollars worth of orders from people who are genuinely struggling and living paycheck to paycheck.

They concluded: “You think she’d be a little more sympathetic to the cause.”

The frustration continues to mount after Abbie took to Instagram to detail that she’s “on the verge of tears at all times” in a statement spanning four posts.

So Dramatic! has contacted Abbie and Verbose for comment.
