Australian musician Georgia ‘G Flip’ Flipo and Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause recently announced they had gotten married, however, it turns out the marriage wasn’t legit – at least in the eyes of the law.
On May 11, the Selling Sunset star posted a reel to Instagram celebrating her relationship with the Aussie musician. At the very end of the video, she included a photo of the couple at a chapel in Vegas, hinting they had tied the knot.
“Love doesn’t always go as planned… Sometimes it’s immeasurably better,” the 41-year-old reality star captioned the post.
G Flip, 29, took to the comments section, expressing their love for their new wife.
“My darling, I adore and love you with all my heart. These are the sweetest words and this is the cutest little edit,” they wrote. “You make me so happy, thank you xx.”
However, TMZ has reported that the marriage is not legally binding as there are still no marriage records for the couple in Clark County, Nevada, a week on.
Furthermore, sources confirmed to the publication the couple are not legally married.
G Flip is going to be on the upcoming Selling Sunset season which just dropped on Netflix but Chrishell told E! News they will likely avoid a televised wedding.

This comes after the singer, who identifies as non-binary, celebrated their one-year anniversary with Chrishell on March 16 by revealing “the first song I ever wrote about her” in a sweet Instagram video.
Chrishell first confirmed rumours she and G Flip were an item during the reunion special of Selling Sunset hosted by Queer Eye’s Tan France in May 2022.
“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me,” Chrishell said.
“Their name is G Flip. They’re non-binary, so they go by they/them. And they are an extremely talented musician.”
The announcement came amid months of speculation after the pair were spotted at a gig in LA and several not-so-subtle clues on Instagram.
