Selling Sunset‘s Chrishell Stause has slammed trolls who have questioned whether she still wants to have children considering she’s dating non-binary singer G Flip.
The 41-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Story to reveal she has been inundated with fans asking her invasive questions about her future plans to start a family.
She shared a screenshot of one Instagram user asking “you didn’t want to have children?”, which was seemingly prompted by a picture of Chrishell and G Flip holding hands.
The DM seemed to imply Chrishell somehow no longer wanted children because she was dating someone who was not assigned male at birth. News flash, it’s 2022! Any gender can start a family — if they so wish.
“Please stop asking me this,” Chrishell begged.
She explained that particular message was just an example because she didn’t want to “give a voice” to any of the hate comments.
“I plan on adopting, I understand being on Selling Sunset entitles people to questions and my life in a way, but I am tired of this question,” she said.
“I fell in love with a person. It’s not that scandalous. Love is a beautiful thing.”
Chrishell Stause Opens Up About Her Ex-Boyfriend Jason Oppenheim Not Wanting Children
Fans were apparently “confused” about Chrishell’s current relationship and family aspirations, particularly as her split with Selling the OC‘s Jason Oppenheim was allegedly because he didn’t want children.
“You were so set on making your own family and now you’re like I’m living my best life leave me alone lol,” one Instagram account pointed out.
Chrishell went on to clarify that she didn’t want to be with someone who wasn’t “open to adoption” or didn’t know if they “ever want to have a child”.
Chrishell appeared to be referencing Jason’s highly publicised flip-flopping on whether he wanted a baby with her. However, she added that she had “nothing but love” for her previous relationship.
The former reality TV couple had reportedly discussed having a family together, even reaching the point where they met with a doctor to make embryos and picked out a baby name. However, the real estate mogul changed his mind.
