The Oppenheim Group is growing, and now fans of Netflix’s hit Selling Sunset can step inside a new league of homes in its spinoff, Selling the OC.
The series premiered on Netflix on August 24 and follows Jason Oppenheim‘s expansion of his real estate brokerage in which he opens a second office in Orange Country, California.
This means we’ve got a front-row seat to some lavish AF homes; because the OC is one of the swankiest locations on the West Coast!
While we can’t expect to see Marissa Cooper or Seth Cohen‘s homes go under the hammer (they’d fetch a few mill fo’ sho), the all-new series delivers the same amount — if not more — drama and style as its predecessor.
If you haven’t yet binged the F*CK out of the show, the trailer gave us a preview of what’s to come in Selling Sunset‘s latest Newport Beach spinoff.
This includes some HAWT new realtors who work hard and play harder. After all, sipping wine and chillaxing on superyachts is a much better schtick, right?!
Who Are the Real Estate Agents On Selling the OC?
As is the case on Sunset Boulevard, it seems the OC crowd will be met with severe competition and office romance, which is almost unavoidable when there are 11 new agents.
The cast includes former interior designer Alexandra Hall, seasoned agent Sean Palmieri and another Alexandra (who also happens to be a model-slash-attorney-slash-realtor) — Alexandra Jarvis.
The multifaceted agent isn’t the only property guru with a modelling background. So, expect some sexy looks to strut through the doors of a few too many grandiose marble foyers this season.
