The Bachelor Australia 2013’s Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have bought a spectacular new home, and let’s just say their two-year-old daughter Elle is one lucky little lady!
“Elle did okay for her 2nd bday… 😜 Very grateful and excited for the next chapter for our family… 🥰 [sic],” they captioned the clip.
“After 20 years of not having to mow a lawn… handyman Tim is weirdly excited to don the gum boots, short shorts and goggles, and terrorise the new neighbours with his trigger happy whipper snipper technique… 😅😜. [sic]”
Confirming rumours from September 2022 that the pair had paid close to $6 million for their Dover Heights home, they bought the stunning “renovated retreat” for $5.8 million.
Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich’s Home has an In-Ground Pool and an Alfresco Living Space
According to the official listing, the renovated dream house offers “sophisticated and convenient living”.
The home features a private alfresco setting complete with a built-in barbecue, a timber deck and a stunning in-ground heated pool.
The two-storey, five-bedroom, three-bathroom home also has a Juliet balcony off the main bedroom, built-ins in four rooms, and a security system, plus a state-of-the-art kitchen with Coco Republic lighting fixtures.
It is also close to shops and schools and is moments from parklands and local cliff walks.

The move has been a long-time coming since Tim and Anna wanted to upgrade from their Rose Bay apartment to a house after welcoming their daughter in November 2020; however, even Luxe Listing’s Sydney’s Gavin Rubenstein struggled to sell their old property.
So, when’s the housewarming?!
