Strap yourself in because Luxe Listings Sydney is returning for season two – and it is shaping up to be as dramatic and house-envy-inducing as ever!
Considering that season one generated the highest viewership numbers of any Australian original on Amazon Prime to date, it’s no shock to anyone that the show is back (and better than ever).
Australia’s answer to Selling Sunset will once again see industry big-wigs navigate the ostentatious world of the Sydney property market as well as their drama-packed personal lives.
If you think you can handle the house-envy, then buckle up because this season things are getting real (estate)!

Luxe Listings Sydney Has a New Cast Memer for Season 2
Our season one faves are, in fact, returning for Luxe Listings Sydney season two. Phew!
Buyer’s agent Simon Cohen will once again join real estate heavyweights Gavin Rubinstein (of Ray White) and D’Leanne Lewis (of Laing+Simon Double Bay), as they go head-to-head in what D’Leanne describes as “the best market I’ve seen in my entire career”.
The trailer for the new season also teased the introduction of one boujee AF addition to the top-tier trio.
Monika Tu, who is the founder & director of Diamondz Property (and whose wardrobe is equally as impressive as the homes she sells) will join the original three agents for Luxe Listings Sydney‘s second season.
Monika is a total powerhouse. She is credited with “leading the revolution” of global buyers entering the Australian property market.
Aside from being at the top of the industry, the Chinese-Australian realtor is a TV icon in the making. Seen in the Luxe Listing’s Sydney season two trailer wearing Louboutins, a string of pearls, and a fur jacket we have a feeling Monika will be serving us looks as well as impressive real estate wins this season.
We also hope she brings some drama, of course.
The Property’s Are More Impressive Than Ever
If you are still reeling from the fact an inner-city Sydney home will cost you upwards of a million bucks, tune in at your own risk.
This season, the ante has been upped and the houses are just a tad more fancy (and a tad out of my budget).
In the trailer, we are given glimpses of a jaw-droppingly huge Eastern Suburbs mansion, complete with water views and an infinity pool, just for good measure.
“It’s hard to be unhappy in a place like this,” D’Leanne says of the cliff-side home.
The season will see the agents battle it out to secure a series of glorious listings, from inner-city penthouses to not-so-humble suburban abodes.
Well, they don’t call it LUXE Listings for nothing!
