Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Domenica Calarco has begun legal proceedings against co-stars Olivia Frazer, Carolina Santos and Jessica Seracino with the intent to sue.

ICYMI: Last week, Domenica warned her castmates that she would be seeking legal options after they continued to call her “violent” and “abusive” when slamming Nine’s decision to have Domenica host their new MAFS-adjacent web series.

Now, the 29-year-old has told Confidential that she’s enlisted lawyers to explore defamation suits against the trio.

“I don’t take the defaming language against me lightly at all,” Domenica told the publication. “It’s not about the language of ‘jealous’, but when it gets to the level of calling me ‘violent’ and ‘abusive’, it just needs to stop.

“Some of the language used against me [last week] was really defamatory against my character.”

The TV bride said that people must understand the consequences of “online hate” and “are going to get held accountable for their words and actions”.

Noting that they have a “gang mentality” when it comes to her, Domenica said she hopes her co-stars know she’s “being serious”.

“I’m seeing what I can do in terms of sending them a cease and desist,” she admitted. “Because they really need to know that I’m being serious, and I am.

“I’m not going to back down.”

What Did Domenica Calarco’s Married at First Sight Co-Stars Say About Her?

Upon the announcement of her web series, Dom’s Debrief, a number of her on-screen “rivals” hit out at the show.

This included Olivia, who took to Instagram to blast the “producers who chose to keep a violent individual on set” only to “promote that individual” with their latest endeavour.

The feud hit new heights when former TV “villain” Abbie Chatfield chimed in, accusing the cast of being “jealous”.

Several other MAFS stars then piped up, with Jessica telling the ex-Bachelor star she doesn’t “know the half of it”.

The intruder bride alleged that Domenica had “verbally abused and bullied” her on the show.
