Byron Baes’ Jade Kevin Foster has pleaded guilty to public nuisance charges after he was kicked out of a Surfers Paradise venue.
The influencer was reportedly removed by security from the Gold Coast’s Clock Hotel on September 16 for being overly intoxicated. He was later charged, due to his public scuffle and indecent remarks.
According to The Daily Telegraph, witnesses reported hearing Jade calling the guards “c*nts” as he was tackled to the ground and restrained. He then shouted that he has “1.2 million followers on Instagram“
The 30-year-old reportedly insinuated that his social media presence would be enough for the security guards to lose their jobs.
“I’m a gay man, I’m going to f*ck your lives,” Jade allegedly told the employees, later adding: “See my outfit, it’s worth more than your houses c*nt… This will look good on Instagram!”

The Daily Telegraph reported there was “giggling” coming from the public viewing gallery of The Southport Magistrates Court heard on October 6 as the prosecutor read out Jade’s comments.
The court also heard that Jade has previously been fined $827 for a similar offence.
Prior to admitting the guilty plea, his solicitor told the court that the influencer was “embarrassed” and “disgusted” by his own actions.
They also said that mental health issues, coupled with alcohol consumption, contributed to the influencer’s behaviour on the night in question.
Magistrate Michelle Dooley reminded Jade that it was “up to [him] know what [his] alcohol consumption should be”.
“Everything else that you may have in your life becomes tarnished if you behave in this way in public. It took a lot of people trouble and effort to contain you,” she said.
Jade was fined $1400 for the incident.
