Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Carolina Santos has leaked private emails from Channel Nine after they asked her to be interviewed by Domenica Calarco for a new web series.

The 33-year-old took to Instagram on September 21, sharing an email from the network about Domenica’s new “lighthearted” talk show, which would see the bride FaceTime co-stars to “check in” on their post-MAFS lives.

Carolina declared that she had no interest in chatting with her former co-star, whom she often found herself in heated arguments with on the show.

“Some of us got this email from the MAFS team,” the intruder bride penned. “Nah, thanks.

“I’m not desperate for an extra five minutes [of fame].”

The mother of one continued by suggesting that it is rarely “ever lighthearted with this person”.

“I had to block this chick after she kept talking to herself on my DMs, and MAFS think I would want to have a FaceTime catch up with her?” Carolina wrote.

“Do they even watch their own show?”

In June, Domenica slid into Carolina’s DMs after the Brazillian bride claimed during a Q&A that the 29-year-old and her TV hubby, Jack Millar, faked their romance to get “more TV time”.

Carolina also reshared these messages from her TV rival on her Instagram Story.

Carolina Santos Isn’t the Only Married at First Sight Star to Speak Out Against Domenica Calarco’s Talk Show

Carolina is the latest in a string of stars to condemn the network for giving Domenica a MAFS-adjacent series.

Olivia Frazer, another of Domenica’s on-and-off-screen rivals, spoke out against the “bullsh*t” interview request.

“I’m pretty sure I was the only cast member that wasn’t emailed about it,” she revealed. “I know lots of my other castmates emailed back to Channel Nine telling them to ‘get f*cked’.”

She continued by stating that Domenica was not the right choice for the job, suggesting they “should have chosen somebody who’s a little bit more neutral”.

“Maybe not somebody that a lot of cast members won’t speak to. Like, they wouldn’t choose me to do it because two cast members definitely wouldn’t speak to me.”

Another MAFS participant told Yahoo! Lifestyle that Channel Nine’s email didn’t go down well among the cast.

“I’m good friends with eight of the cast, and no one I’m friends with is doing the ‘chat’,” they said. “Honestly, as if in reality we would update her on our lives, it’s so ridiculous.

“Plus, the show was highly edited, so I don’t think anyone would be stupid enough to believe it’s going to be a ‘light-hearted’ chat as it was stated in the email.”
