The Block 2022 contestants Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath convinced on-site tradies to break their assigned schedule by bribing the workers with a slab of Vodka Cruisers.
While it was a win for them, the same couldn’t be said for Ankur Dogra and Sharon Johal, who were bumped in the tradies’ tight schedule after Jenny convinced the installers to do their bathroom heating first.
The payment for the under-the-table deal? Two slabs of alcoholic drinks – raspberry Vodka Cruisers and Asahi beer.
“Our [bathroom] was supposed to be first, but some d*ckheads cut the line,” Sharon said. “And now we’re like second or third.”
It was later revealed that Jenny made the sly move.

The Block Fans on Twitter Thought the Vodka Cruisers Bribe Was Hilarious
Blockheads on Twitter thought the whole ordeal was extremely funny, with some pointing out that Jenny and Dylan knew exactly how to convince the workers because they’re tradies as well.
Other fans were just baffled that people still bought Vodka Cruisers.
Some even suspected it was yet another of The Block’s notorious product placements. Maybe Cruisers ARE “on brand“.
We reckon they should buy a box of Guava next time, and they’ll be there before dawn!
