With The Masked Singer Australia 2022’s air date fast approaching, cast leaks are being unmasked left, right and centre.

We already know that Abbie Chatfield, Mel “B” Brown and Chrissie Swan are joining Dave “Hughesy” Hughes on the The Masked Singer Australia judging panel, but we’re yet to find out who will be in the cast this year.

According to Daily Mail Australia, three high-profile international acts will appear in the upcoming season.

Former Pussycat Dolls member Melody Thornton will allegedly be one of the international stars, according to a network source who spoke with the outlet.

The insider also claimed that Mel B immediately recognised Melody’s voice after she performed I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston.

Numerous leaks have also suggested Mel B won’t be the only Spice Girls member making an appearance on The Masked Singer Australia this year.

Apparently Emma Bunton is also set to perform in disguise.

Hopefully, Scary Spice will recognise Baby Spice because they are already BFFs and recently spent a heap of time working together on The Circle!

Which Aussie Celebs Are Competing on The Masked Singer Australia 2022?

Regarding Aussie talent, reports suggest multiple Logie Award winner Grant Denyer will show off unexpected vocal chops. And seriously, when do the reports never suggest this?!

Australia’s 2022 Eurovision competitor Sheldon Riley is also reportedly behind one of the extravagant masks.

Whether or not these leaks are accurate, all cast members will eventually be revealed once The Masked Singer Australia airs on August 7 on Ten.
