Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s resident Gucci-loving short king Dion Giannarelli has announced a YUGE new business venture.
The beloved groom may have been double-crossed by “wife” Carolina Santos, but he hasn’t let the heartbreak get in the way of doing his job.
This morning, the property developer announced that the Giannarelli Group’s new project would be a $480million (!!!) redevelopment of Mariners Cove Marina on the Gold Coast.
The 34-year-old wrote on Instagram that his company – which he runs with his father – is “so proud to offer such a unique project to the Gold Coast which will set the benchmark for hotels on the Gold Coast and Australia.”

What Is MAFS’ Dion Giannarelli’s Job?
ICYMI: MAFS‘ Dion is a property developer who joined his family business, working alongside his dad, Dean Giannarelli.
As if the all the Gucci he sported on the show didn’t give it away, Dion is incredibly successful.
In an interview with 9Entertainment, Dion reflected on how lucky he is to be able to do business with his family.
“My family have always been very good at what they do in business and me growing up as a child, I’ve seen that,” he said.
“I was mentored at a young age by my grandfather and father and being surrounded by very good businessman, great negotiators and people who are very innovative with the way they think. Always thinking outside the box and one step ahead of the game in all different fields.”
The groom is also one of the brains behind an application called Minggle, which he describes as “a social networking platform for people to meet which will be launching in about three months’ time.
The MAFS fans favourite also has a medicinal cannabis business.
