It is no secret that Married at First Sight Australia 2022 producers are partial to a sneaky edit and now Ella Ding has revealed what parts of Mitch Eynaud and Oliva Frazer‘s respective journey’s in the experiment were left on the cutting room floor.

In a radio interview on Fifi, Fev & Nick on Friday Ella confessed that Australia did not get to know the real Mitch.

The bride divulged that her TV husband’s aversion to cameras meant that all of their “deeper” conversations had to happen away from the prying eyes of producers.

“It was really hard because I am such an open book… and Mitchel is quite closed off,” she said.

“A lot more happened behind the scenes for us. Mitchell was very uncomfortable on camera. We did establish a lot when it was just us so I did get to know a whole different Mitchell that Australia hasn’t seen”.

She added that there is “a much more gentle side” to her MAFS groom, who has been slammed throughout the show by fans who labelled him as “cold” and “toxic”.

Ella Revealed What Olivia Frazer Is Really Like

Whilst Ella took the opportunity to defend Mitch – despite the pair seemingly having split – she did not show the same support to Olivia.

Given that good ol’ Liv has been a staunch hater of her on-screen and IRL bestie Domenica Calarco, this doesn’t exactly come as a surprise.

After branding Olivia as “a demon,” the hosts pressed Ella as to if the 27-year-old was “like that off-camera, too?”

“You guys only see like five per cent of what really happens,” Ella admitted, adding: “What you have seen is really just a taste”.

However, she did admit that Olivia and her MAFS beau Jackson Lonie “have got a really great relationship”.

“Put aside who they are as individuals – there is no denying that they really did hit it off straight off the bat.”

The bride then confessed that she is “no longer in contact” with either of her best friend’s MAFS rivals.
