Married at First Sight star Michael Goonan has been dumped from his UK reality TV show Ex on the Beach after just SIX days!
WOW! Even shorter than a MAFS marriage! That’s really saying something…
A source confirmed the news in episode 106 of So Dramatic! with Megan Pustetto and also explained that since his departure from the show, Michael has been making the most of his travel exemption and partying up a storm in Spain.
And the 29-year-old party boy hasn’t held back from (over)sharing these antics with his followers on Instagram!
However, they weren’t exactly happy for his carefree trip abroad and criticised the reality TV star’s decision to travel during a pandemic, when many Australians are unable to.
Jumping on his Instagram stories to defend his trip abroad, Michael admitted that he doesn’t deserve the overseas trip. He then appeared to backtrack, saying he is not a “missionary or a f*cking charity” (or a Saint apparently) and therefore needs to “seize opportunities” that are presented to him.
What is Ex on the Beach?
As revealed in episode 75 of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto, Michael was set to appear on Ex on the Beach and joining him were his MAFS alum exes Stacey Hampton and KC Osborne!
To rehash quickly, sources told So Dramatic! that Michael had been offered a whopping $90k for just four weeks of filming. Not bad considering he was dumped after just six days!
KC, who dated Michael after Married at First Sight but split last August, said she would only do the series if her arch-rival Jessika Power wasn’t taking part.
KC and Jessika then appeared to have patched up their differences as they were seen hanging out together with KC’s new man Jason Engler and his co-star Cameron Dunne, who is also now Jess’s housemate.

Despite now being friends, Jess turned down the opportunity to star on Ex and the Beach because she had found herself a man in rapper Filthy Fil (who she has since split from). Not to mention, a better opportunity came to her: Big Brother VIP.
Meanwhile, KC has finally come to her senses and dumped Jason, anyway.
Stacey’s appearance, on the other hand, was in question after she was involved in a criminal matter where she was facing fines of up to $20,000 and two years jail time for breaching COVID restrictions!
