Barbara Griebeler has confirmed her breakup with Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Tim Calwell and revealed what led to their split.
ICYMI: Tim and Barbara were spied looking loved-up on the Gold Coast back in February, which led to the reveal that they were “briefly seeing” each other before MAFS.
They reportedly got back together a mere week after Tim and his TV wife Sara Mesa split before he hard-launched their romance on the’ gram in April.
However, fans recently noticed that something was awry in the relationship.
As reported in episode 423 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one listener wondered if Tim and Barbara had called it quits because there was “no sight of her on his Instagram”.
It turns out Tim has wiped all traces of his bae from his account and unfollowed her. And we all know that means trouble in paradise—just ask Tammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski!
So Dramatic! reached out to the couple for comment, and while Tim didn’t reply, Barbara was keen to spill some tea, saying they split for “multiple reasons”.
“No particular reason, the relationship has run its course,” she said.
Their breakup comes after claims arose that Tim had been seeing Barbara while filming MAFS, something he has vehemently denied.
