As revealed in episode 519 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Jamie and Dave unfortunately called it quits not long after filming, and they were broken up by the Reunion only a few weeks after their Final Vows.
“Their lifestyles outside the experiment just didn’t align,” one source explained.
“It was a big adjustment returning to normal life, and they just seemed to lose their spark quickly. Their personalities are also very different. Dave is calm and reserved, and Jamie is loud and in your face.”
The source claimed that whilst the pair were “into each other”, Jamie was more into the relationship than Dave was.
“They mutually ended it,” they added. “There was no drama, and they ended on great terms and have remained friends.”
However, according to Woman’s Day, Jamie was spotted on a date in Melbourne with a Dave lookalike, so it looks like one of them has moved on!

So Dramatic! can confirm that Jamie and Dave were on good terms after their breakup and would catch up regularly.
However, according to Yahoo Lifestyle, this is no longer the case, as one source told the outlet they’re currently “at war” behind the scenes.
One source explained that Dave was disappointed that Jamie hadn’t been defending him in her recent press interviews.
However, another insider claimed that this was because Jamie is “embarrassed” by how Dave’s been hanging out with former reality stars, “posing for the paps” and creating video messages on Cameo.
“It just makes her think more than ever that he wasn’t on MAFS for the right reasons, and she wants to distance herself completely,” they added.
This is interesting because as revealed in episode 517, sources have stated that Jamie went on the show to become a full-time influencer.
Sources claim Married at First Sight‘s Dave and Jamie have broken up
Despite being spotted together multiple times, as revealed in episode 504 of the So Dramatic! podcast, multiple sources have shared that the couple have sadly split. Noo!
One source told So Dramatic! that they allegedly heard from someone within Dave’s friendship group that he’d parted ways with Jamie.
Another person who claimed to know Dave’s ex-fiancée backed this up, stating that the couple broke up after the show.
“They’re still friends. But sadly, they’re done,” they said. And maybe that explains why they’ve been spotted together!
A third source who claimed they knew Dave personally said Jamie has never been posted on his private Instagram, which is a telling sign they’re no longer an item.
“When the Reunion was being filmed, he put a Story up saying: ‘That’s the end of that rollercoaster’. So make of that what you will,” they added. Yikes!

As revealed in episode 504, multiple sources have spotted Jamie and Dave on what appeared to be dates in Melbourne, suggesting that the pair have made it work IRL!
One source told So Dramatic! that they recently saw the couple getting coffee.
“Pretty sure they’re still together, fingers crossed,” they dished.
“Just saw Dave and Jamie together in Southbank, Melbourne, having dinner,” another source added. “Fantastic couple.”
A third spy who bumped into the pair when they were out for dinner claimed they’re “definitely still together”.
“They’re very much loved up and were both so nice,” they dished.

The source revealed they bumped into Dave and Jamie in Melbourne in February, revealing that they “think they make it”.
“They’re actually lovely,” they said, sharing photos of the duo out on the town.
In the pics our spy provided, the couple looked to be enjoying a date night together and seemed in high spirits. And we love this for them!
The source also revealed they asked whether they’re still together, to which they responded: “You’ll have to wait and find out!”

Another insider also told So Dramatic! how long Dave and Jamie last on Married at First Sight 2025.
“Jamie and Dave go all the way to the end of the experiment. They are a good team,” they revealed. “Jamie can be a lot of energy, and Dave manages it very well because he’s quite calm.
“But he has his moments, and she will have hers, but as a whole, they’re sweet and really into each other. Everyone is going to love watching their journey and will be rooting for them.”
