The expected sale prices for the multi-million dollar The Block 2024 houses have been revealed and the cast is set to walk away with a LOT of cash!
In a huge shake-up, this year’s contestants have been tasked with renovating a run-down resort in Phillip Island, Victoria, and transforming it into five beautiful holiday homes.
Domain has already leaked the price guides for this season’s properties on Cowes’ Justice Road, giving audiences and potential buyers a glimpse at what to expect on Auction Day.
According to the price guides, this year’s homes are set to bring in between $1.7 million and $1.85 million. This exceeds the suburb’s median price of $774,000. Wowza!
Who is representing each house at The Block 2024 auctions?
Domain has also revealed which real estate agents will be representing this year’s Blockheads.
Jesse and Paige‘s House 1 will be auctioned off by O’Brien Real Estate’s Kristina Walters and Krystal Chandler.
Courtney and Grant‘s House 2 will be backed by Ray White’s Yvette Tancheff, Sam Clark and Marcus Baker.
Meanwhile, Ricky and Haydn‘s House 3 will be sold by Ray White’s Aaron Hill, who helped sell Omar and Oz‘s winning property in 2022, as well as Amber Formosa and Jon Taylor. So we’ll defo be keeping an eye on them!
On the other hand, House 4’s Kylie and Brad will work alongside Alex Scott & Staff’s Michael Townsend, who was responsible for selling Mitch and Mark‘s winning Hampton home back in 2021, and Greg Price.
Last but not least, Kristian and Mimi‘s House 5 will be represented by Stockdale & Leggo’s Camille Morris, Jaime Morris and Josh Dunstan.
But who will win the show? Only time will tell…
