“I absolutely loved the whole experience,” she gushed. “It has been incredible, encompassing the full gamut of emotions. It was tough, hilarious, filled with breakthroughs, humiliation, joy, hope, and disappointment – the lot!

“I loved all the cast and crew, and every day was a new adventure.”

Lucinda Light has no regrets from her time on Married at First Sight 2024

The 43-year-old claimed she had no regrets from her time on the show.

“I generally don’t live in regret. What’s happened has happened. I said and did what I did,” she said.

However, if she had the chance to relive her experience, she admitted she’d “go a little easier at the beginning”.

“I have lots of love to give, but I realise everyone’s at a different pace and place, and I could have tuned in a bit more. Lots of learning there,” she admitted.

She also stated she learnt lots of “humbling things” throughout filming.

“It was a significant growth spurt and continues to be. One lesson that stands out is to not be such a leaf blower,” she confessed, referencing her TV husband Timothy Smith‘s savage ‘Ryobi leaf blower’ comment. LOL!

Married at First Sight‘s Lucinda Light reveals how she feels about the post-show attention

Lucinda also opened up about how she feels about all of the attention she’s been receiving post-show.

“The amount of opportunities that have come my way has been beyond my wildest imaginings,” she beamed.

“I live in a quiet coastal town, so I’m keeping things normal on a domestic level—cooking, enjoying nature, and getting good sleep. It’s still quite surreal being recognised when I’m in Melbourne or elsewhere.”

The reality star said she loves interacting with her fans, especially those who greet her like “a long-lost friend”.

“I love the exchange of love in those moments…It’s so beautiful, actually,” she told the outlet.

Despite becoming an Aussie icon, Lucinda has continued to stay true to herself.

“I’m just me. At this age and stage, I feel pretty solid in myself,” she said.

“I see the public attention as a divine mirror. Gorgeous, dazzling, and divine humans exchanging love, seeing in me what’s inside themselves.

“I can feel the collective pulse of my audience and wish I knew each one of them and what lit their hearts on fire. I’ve adopted a village, and I love that!”

Married at First Sight‘s Lucinda shares how she deals with negative comments online

Lucinda also reflected on how she deals with negative comments online, saying she takes any post-show trolling with a grain of salt.

“Everyone’s always going to have an opinion; it comes and goes,” she said.

“Some of the nasty trolls are AI bots. Some of the articles are not factual. You can’t please all the people all the time. Be you, unapologetically so. Authenticity is where it’s at… Don’t be afraid to share your vulnerability.”

And that is why we absolutely adore her!
