Love Island Australia 2023‘s Nate Page and Georgia Murray have clapped back at a shady post from 2022 winner Claudia Bonifazio.

In the beef we didn’t see coming, Claudia recently took to her Instagram Story to question the motives of an unnamed couple from the show.

“Let’s be for real right now. If there’s a reality TV show couple who broke up straight after the show was filmed and then got back together after it aired… You tell me why you think they got back together,” she said.

“You tell me why… I really wanna know.”

While the 24-year-old didn’t mention any names, Nate and Georgia seemed to think the post was directed at them because, well… They kinda did exactly what Claudia described.

So, in a since-deleted TikTok, the couple threw shade right back at the former Love Island winner.

In the video, which was originally posted on Georgia’s TikTok account, Nate screwed his nose up while watching Claudia’s Instagram Story.

“POV: when people throw shade at your relationship online,” the clip was captioned.

It then cuts to a clip of Nate messaging Claudia about the video.

“Hey! Just wanna be for real, who you talking about?” the reality TV beau wrote.

“Does it concern you?” Claudia replied, to which Nate responded: “What is this response…? I’m not a rude or negative guy, and I don’t want to come at you if this isn’t about Georgia and I.”

The TikTok then showed Nate and Georgia seemingly confused at their conversation with the fellow Love Island alum.

“What’s that? What’s that, brother?” they said, echoing the sound of the clip.

Georgia Murray reveals why she deleted TikTok about Claudia Bonifazio

When contacted by So Dramatic!, Georgia said Claudia maintained that her Instagram Story wasn’t directed at her and Nate.

“She claims it wasn’t about us, but when asked who it was about, she wouldn’t tell us,” she said.

“We made a light-hearted TikTok to find the light in a video that pretty much everyone and myself thought was about Nate and me.”

Georgia added that the TikTok “turned into something negative really quickly”.

“Claudia [received] a lot of hate which we never intended, so we deleted it.”

So Dramatic! has contacted Nate and Claudia for comment.
