A third Married at First Sight Australia 2024 cheating scandal has been revealed, this time involving intruders Ridge Barredo and Jade Pywell.
Just when we thought Jonathan McCullough and Ellie Dix‘s cheating scandal, and drama with Tim Calwell and his ex-turned-current bae, would be the only infidelity we come across this season, a third one is dropped straight on our doorstep!
On-screen, intruders Ridge and Jade looked as loved up as ever. However, as reported in episode 358 of the So Dramatic! podcast, their reality is WAY messier.

In the explosive episode, host Megan Pustetto reported that the couple are currently holidaying in Bali together.
This was revealed by a bunch of #horny content they shared on their private social media accounts.
In one post, Ridge and Jade are locking lips, while another shows the TV bride lounging across her bae in a steamy makeout sess.
The groom even got his bride’s name tattooed on his back! Dedication!
However, at the time these photos were being shared online, So Dramatic! received a tip-off detailing that Ridge had allegedly cheated on Jade prior to their trip.

The source, who alleged to be Jade’s friend, dished: “Ridge cheated on Jade. She told me.
“Ridge never planned on moving to the Gold Coast. He said he loved her but not enough to move his life for her.”
The friend also claimed that the intruder groom was in contact with his ex, whom he dumped for the show, during filming.
“He’s such a piece of sh*t. He knows how to put it on for a camera, that’s for sure,” they added. “The shit he spun about his ex and the shit he lied about was ridiculous. Textbook narcissist.”
Given the intel, Jade’s friend was shocked to learn that Jade and Ridge were currently holidaying together before dropping a sh*t-ton of receipts.
Leaked messages reveal MAFS‘ Jade Pywell refused to give Ridge Barredo ‘any more energy’
In messages between Jade (on a burner Instagram account) and her friend obtained by So Dramatic!, the TV bride expressed that Ridge wasn’t “worth [her] sadness”.
“Definitely don’t want to give him any more of my energy,” Jade wrote. “Just have to keep moving up.”
In a subsequent message, the 26-year-old said that she had “dealt with so many different girls” throughout her relationship with Ridge.
“He just all blamed them… I’m not letting some loser close to my daughter.”
She later told her friend that Ridge had blocked her and pulled out of a scheduled TV interview.
Phone call logs reveal when Married at First Sight‘s Jade Pywell learned of Ridge Barredo’s cheating
Jade also shared screenshots of her recent calls with Ridge to her friend, and to say there were a few would be an understatement!
On February 17 at 11:30 am, they spoke on the phone for one hour and 32 minutes. Then, a few days later, on February 20, Jade received over 12 missed calls from Ridge in the space of 12 minutes.
“This was literally last Tuesday [February 20] as everything was unfolding,” Jade’s friend told So Dramatic!.
“He didn’t even end up going on the Today Show because of it. With Ridge, it’s never what it seems.
“He’s not a nice human.”
When asked whether they had spoken to Jade while she’d been in Bali, her friend said they hadn’t.
“Obviously for a good reason if he’s with her… She’s very forgiving.” Yikes!
Married at First Sight 2024 participants reveal Ridge and Jade previously broke up after the Reunion
According to one MAFS 2024 participant, the recent cheating wasn’t the first to occur in Ridge and Jade’s relationship.
As previously reported by So Dramatic!, the duo “go all the way on the show” and complete Final Vows and the Reunion as a couple.
However, after filming the Reunion, “Jade finds out Ridge has been texting his ex and breaks up with him”.
“At Michael [Felix’s] birthday, a lot of the cast secretly attended. Jade was there, but she was upset and in tears, saying she didn’t know what to do because she had just found out he had cheated on him with his ex,” the participant recalled.
“They fully broke up because of it.”
They added: “Everyone turned on Ridge and was telling Jade to leave him… Then they got back together and somehow managed to work it out.”
Another of their co-stars confirmed this, adding that they “broke up in recent weeks”.
So Dramatic! has contacted Ridge and Jade for comment.
