Since their wholesome AF wedding, fans have been desperate to know whether Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Richard Sauerman and Andrea Thompson are still together.
Entering the 11th season of the marriage experiment as this year’s oldest couple at 62 and 51 years old, respectively, their life experience and zest for adventure won each other — and fans — over.
“I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up but really wanting a happy ending for Andrea and Richard…please!” one fan wrote on X, formally known as Twitter.

It looks like our fave pair may still be together, because they were spotted looking loved up as ever in Sydney on February 10!
Photos obtained by Yahoo! Lifestyle showed the couple looking very cosy on a coffee date. In one snap, Andrea was even snuggling into Richard’s arm.
In another pic obtained by the outlet, the duo were seen walking through the streets arm-in-arm. And it’s giving romance!
According to an onlooker, the pair were “smiling and laughing” and “looked pretty close”.
However, a source has told So Dramatic! that the pair are just “good mates” and it was just a friendly catch-up.

Muddying the waters on Richard and Andrea’s relationship status, one insider previously dished that a happily ever after isn’t exactly on the cards for the new MAFS faves.
“They’re no longer a couple,” a source told Yahoo! Lifestyle. Boo!
Apparently, Richard and Andrea haven’t “really kept in touch” since filming the show.
Further adding fuel to the fire, Andrea isn’t following Richard’s non-MAFS Instagram account that he uses for his motivational speaking work. However, Richard is following Andrea.
