Married at First Sight Australia 2024 groom Simon Flocco has reportedly refused to hand over his Instagram log in details after he quit the show at the last minute.
ICYMI: Simon, part of the season’s same-sex couple, left the show, stating that it wasn’t “what [he] thought [he] wanted at this point in [his] life”.
Contestants in the marriage experiment are expected to hand over their social media accounts to producers while the show is airing.
According to Daily Mail Australia, Simon gave Nine permission to access his Instagram when he initially signed up for MAFS. However, he’s since changed his mind, with sources saying he has “mentally checked out”.

Insiders told the outlet that Simon was “utterly gobsmacked” that he was Photoshopped into the show’s cast announcement.
After leaving the marriage experiment, the 39-year-old assumed he wouldn’t be featured on the show whatsoever, so seeing his picture in the cast announcement “was a real shocker”.
“Why am I even in the line-up? I suppose they’d do anything for ratings, right?,” he savagely told Daily Mail Australia. Yikes.
According to the outlet, Nine won’t be providing Simon with any clips or photos from his time on the show.
The network also won’t be helping him apply for a blue tick on Instagram, and they didn’t credit tag his account in the cast lineup. We guess payback’s a b*tch!
