Love Island Australia 2022‘s Mitch Eliot has unveiled a tattoo he got in honour of his girlfriend, Phoebe Spiller.
Despite being a bit of a menace in the villa last year, Mitch has managed to make his relationship with fellow Islander Phoebe go the distance, much to the thrill of fans.
Now, Mitch has taken the next step to dedicating himself to his partner by getting inked as part of her Christmas gift.
Taking to social media on December 19, the 26-year-old said he had just got back from “getting one of Phoebe’s Christmas presents”.
“I’m a bit worried to show her,” he said before flashing his new arm tattoo.
The ink reads: “P.S. I love you.”
And while it may seem like a not-so-subtle nod to the rom-com of the same name, Mitch clarified that the “P.S” does, in fact, stand for “Phoebe Spiller”.

Mitch then attached a video of the moment he showed Phoebe his new tattoo, in which he initially tricked her by handing her an empty box.
“I feel sick,” she expressed as she hesitantly took the fake gift from her boyfriend.
When she finally noticed the tattoo, Phoebe was at a loss for words.
“Do you like it?” Mitch asked, to which she responded, “Of course, I like it”, before dropping to the floor in tears.
While the couple’s co-stars, friends and fans expressed love for Mitch’s sweet gesture in the comment section, Phoebe took to her Instagram Story to share the response from her bestie and fellow Islander, Claudia Bonifazio.
“Crying like we just got engaged,” Phoebe captioned the clip, which was a screen recording of her and Claudia crying over FaceTime.
Given the fate of Matt Zukowski and Tammy Hembrow‘s relationship after she got a tatt for her bae, an engagement could very well be on the cards for Mitch and Phoebe!
