The Block host Scott Cam has had a massive payday, just weeks after 2023 contestants Steph and Gian Ottavio pocketed $1.75 million for winning the show.

The 61-year-old has just sold one of his many properties for $3.1 million — more than double what he paid for it seven years ago!

The farmhouse, located in Barigan (near Mudgee), features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Not to mention the inbuilt pool, whopper kitchen and fireplace!

Named Derowen, the property also contains a mudroom, with steel cattle yards and sheds dotted across its 720 hectares.

According to realestate.com.au, Scott nabbed the home for $1.35 million back in 2016. This means he pocketed a cool $1.75 million in profit. Win!

Another of Scott Cam’s properties has recently hit the real estate market

The deal follows news that the Gisborne home the Nine personality renovated during The Block 2022 has been listed for sale.

It has an asking price of $4.1 million to $4.3 million.

The luxurious The Block property, nicknamed “Camalot” by Scott, houses four bedrooms, a 3D-printed concrete cabana, an outdoor kitchen and a shed with a man cave.

“I think the house has amazing artwork and design, and it’s full of history, which I love,” he told Nine.

“It’s going to make a family happy as it’s a wonderful family home.”

Scott’s real estate portfolio also includes an $11 million Vaucluse mansion, a $2 million home in Rosebery and a coastal property in Narrawallee. Must be nice!
