Australian Survivor 2022‘s Sophie Cachia has listed the custom engagement ring she bought her ex-fiancée, Maddie Garrick, for sale.
In case you’ve been living under a rock: the influencer-turned-reality star and her basketballer ex announced their shock split in October 2022 following what Sophie suggested was a breach of trust while Maddie was working in Italy.
Now, she has taken to Instagram to try and offload some verrry heavy (and apparently, very expensive) baggage!
“After doing a clean out & finding this in my drawer — I’ll now be selling,” the Cachia sleepwear founder wrote on November 1.
“Genuine interest only as it is exxy (although will be selling heavily discounted) so if you’re looking for a gorgeous ring at half the price this festive season — please email [my assistant] (or send your partner my way).”

This isn’t the first time Sophie has attempted to sell the ring she gifted Maddie.
In January 2023, Sophie asked if anyone was “after a ring”.
“Mum told me to keep it because I worked hard for it & to give the diamonds to (my daughter) Floss but I’m not here for the bad juju it brings to my space & to put it simply … it hurts my heart,” she wrote on social media at the time.
She expressed her frustration in having to sell lit given the sentimentality behind the ring.
“3 diamonds represented both my children & I and it actually meant so much for me to design it for that reason with the meaning behind it,” she said.
“To not even be seen as worthy or meaningful for more than 6 months… Babe you gotta go.”
Following their dramatic split, Maddie allegedly moved on with another player in her Italian basketball team, who is also believed to be a contributing factor in the breakup.
Meanwhile, Sophie is reportedly dating AFLW star Sophie Van De Heuvel.
