The most popular house on The Block 2023 has been revealed and while we’re super happy for this team, we have to admit, we did not see this coming.

During the October 30 episode of the hit renovation show, it was announced that Leslie and Kyle Cottone‘s House 1 was the property with the most public interest! Woohoo!

The Perth-based couple copped brutal feedback from the judges all season.

But it seems all their hard work paid off because according to Alice Stolz, the editor of Domain Magazine, their house had almost “50 per cent more listing views than their closest rival”.

As the cherry on top, House 1 would be featured on the cover of Domain Magazine. And who’s laughing now?

On Domain, House 1 has been described as a “light-filled luxury” with an “impressive street presence”.

The double-storey home boasts open-plan living, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It also features an impressive outdoor area, with an alfresco deck, a pizza oven, a fire pit, a veggie patch and a plunge pool.

The master bedroom is described as a “sanctuary of absolute luxury and serenity” with an adjoining private ensuite that “befits the finest of five-star hotels”. And can Adrian Portelli buy this house for us? Please and thank you!

How did the other The Block 2023 houses rank?

Fan favourites Steph and Gian Ottavio‘s House 4 landed second place, whilst Leah and Ash‘s House 2 came third.

Meanwhile, sisters Eliza and Liberty Paschkes House 5 snagged fourth place.

And it looks like the karma bus took another lap around The Block because Kristy and Brett Beams‘ House 3 came last.
