An all-new season of Australian Survivor has been announced, and we are super duper keen for its epic new theme for 2024.
ICYMI: Channel 10 just announced its programming lineup for 2024, plus a bunch of deets about returning series and their new hosts (*cough* MasterChef and I’m a Celebrity *cough*).
However, the one show that’s got us kicking and screaming is everyone’s favourite adventure series — Survivor.
What’s more, it’s returning with a spicy new theme of Titans vs Rebels.
But what’s that, we hear you ask? Look, the details are lacking, but we can only guess it’s akin to another theme that has previously featured in the global franchise: David vs Goliath.
Based on the biblical tale of the same name, David vs Goliath separated contestants into two camps, typically characterised as underdogs and overachievers.
So, if Titans vs Rebels is going to run in the same vein, we can expect it to be VERY intense.
Of course, long-time host Jonathan LaPaglia is back at the helm to guide the Survivors as they outwit, outplay and outlast each other in Samoa once again.
The beachside location was the backdrop for Australian Survivor: Heroes vs Villains 2023, as well as the inaugural series back in 2016.
Stay tuned, because we have a feeling Australian Survivor 2024 will be the best YET.
