SAS Australia 2023’s Zima Anderson is no stranger to the screen, but does she have what it takes to make it through the gruelling Special Forces course?

According to her IMDB profile, the 25-year-old’s acting career started in the same place most aspiring Aussies start: on Ramsay Street.

On Neighbours, Zima played Roxy Willis, who Ten described as “a wild child with a nose for trouble,” so it sounds like she’ll be quite daring on SAS… even if she’s only acting.

However, Zima left the show in 2022 once her contract ended.

“You get so comfortable. Neighbours is the best school you could ever go to for acting. You never get an experience like that anywhere,” she dished during an interview with Digital Spy.

“It was so hard to leave [the show] because Neighbours is so incredible and fantastic. I love Roxy and she’ll always be with me.

“But it was a choice to go and learn somewhere else because I’d learned so much already,” she added.

The actress also portrayed Gidget Mitchell in the 60s-inspired crime series Ms Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries.

What else do we know about Zima Anderson?

After a bit of digging, we found out that Zima is also a very talented writer and painter. She even has an entire Instagram account dedicated to her craft called @artlovesyouback.

Zima has shared several photos of her paintings, most of which are painted on mirrors. She’s also posted snaps of poems and words she’s written and we’re seriously impressed!

She also has a boyfriend Ricky and the pair recently travelled to Vietnam and Bali together! Aww.

Whilst his Instagram is set to private, we think he must be a personal trainer as his social media handle is @rickysfitness_ so we’re sure he’s helped Zima prepare for her time on SAS Australia.

It’s a pretty big advantage having a personal trainer on your side for this one so we hope she smashes it!
