Olivia Frazer has slammed Married at First Sight Australia calling it “inaccurate” after picking up on “lies” in her edit.

The controversial TV bride decided to re-watch her and Jackson Lonie‘s on-screen wedding, as it had been two years since it was filmed and she was feeling “brave” and “nostalgic”.

However, after her viewing session on September 14, the 30-year-old called the show out for getting their facts wrong in a rogue Instagram Story.

“Just so everybody knows, I’m not from Newcastle and my best friend’s name is Isabella,” she started. “So, in case you think MAFS is accurate, watch this.”

Olivia then played a clip from MAFS which showed her being introduced to the audience. In the voiceover, she was described as a bride from Newcastle who was “supported by her best friend Isabelle and her mum Sandy”.

“At least they got mum’s name right, but I’m from the Central Coast of NSW,” she retorted, explaining that the scene was a must-watch for “people who think MAFS is real”.

“They lied to you about where I’m from,” she added. “There’s nothing wrong with Newcastle, I’m just not from Newcastle. I don’t know where they got Newcastle from.

“And my maid of honour, literally one-third of our wedding guests, they couldn’t get [her] name right. And that’s not even the nitty gritty stuff [or the] hard-hitting sh*t.

“That’s just basic information about me and they f*cking got it so wrong.” Yikes.

MAFS’ Olivia Frazer reflects on her relationship with Jackson Lonie

That same day, Olivia took to Instagram to reflect on her relationship with her on-screen hubby.

“Ooooft two years ago today we took a big leap of faith and married a stranger,” she captioned a photo of the pair from their faux wedding day.

“Yeah, it didn’t work out with Jack and I in the long run. Yeah, the edit of the show was like a slow-motion car crash.

“But there was a huge amount of magic in this day and it’s forever changed my life. I’ll always be grateful for the magic,” she finished.

Olivia and Jackson announced their split in August 2022, just four months after their season of MAFS had finished airing.
