I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia 2023‘s Harry Garside‘s ex-girlfriend, Ashley Ruscoe, has been hit with two new charges relating to the distribution of intimate images.
Ashley, who appeared on The Amazing Race Australia in 2019, was arrested on July 12 following an alleged domestic violence incident at a Bellevue Home on March 1, 2023. It came just weeks after charges against Harry related to the same incident were dropped.
The 35-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charges, however, when she faced Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court.
Since her last court appearance on July 19, Ashley faces two new charges of intentionally distributing intimate images without consent, domestic violence-related.
These were laid on August 23.
It’s unknown when these images were distributed. However, it has been confirmed that they contain images of Harry, 25.
The champion boxer consented via his legal team to identify him as the alleged victim.
During Ashley’s previous court appearance, her lawyer, Bryan Wrench, said he was “concerned about the motivation of Mr Garsdie”.
“Mr Garside made a statement only after he discovered other people were coming forward.
“This is about allowing police to do a full and thorough investigation.”
He also alleged Harry admitted to “spitting” on his client.
Ashley’s matter is due back in court on August 30.
