In a statement, authorities revealed Ashley (who appeared on The Amazing Race in 2019) was charged with domestic violence-related common assault, as well as stalking and intimidating with the intention to cause fear or physical harm.

Ashley’s arrest is the latest development in the case involving the estranged couple.

Things kicked off on May 2 when Harry was arrested at Sydney airport when arriving home from his reality TV stint in South Africa.

At the time, he was charged with a domestic violence-related common assault charge over the same March 1 incident.

The charge and an apprehended violence order (AVO) were withdrawn in June.

At the time, Harry, 25, said he had “been vindicated” in an Instagram statement.

“Moments ago the police prosecutor informed the court that they have dropped all matters against me.

“This was because my lawyers provided the recordings and communications that gave the police a full understanding of what happened — clearing me of any wrongdoing whatsoever.”

Ashley was granted conditional bail and will face Downing Centre Local Court on July 19.
