Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Alyssa Barmonde has slammed the show’s producers for not informing participants that Season 10 will soon air in the US.

Alyssa, who has been increasingly vocal about her sh*tty MAFS experience, took to Instagram to call out the decision to keep the stars in the dark about the series’ foray onto America’s Lifetime channel.

“Can’t wait to have another round of bullying from another country,” Alyssa penned on her Story.

“And still [MAFS] producers have no accountability or due diligence to let us know it’s airing again. Where is the mental health support?”

It was accompanied by a screenshot showing the first two episodes of MAFS 2023 available to stream on Lifetime’s website.

In a subsequent Story, the mum-of-one shared a screenshot of a message she sent to producers about the show’s US run.

“I’ve just been notified by my sister that MAFS is now available to stream in the US,” Alyssa’s text read.

“I am not ready for another berating of online hate and trolling. What is [Endemol Shine] and Channel Nine going to do to support? Why were we not contacted?”

Alyssa noted that participants from Love Triangle, which is on Nine-backed streaming service Stan, “have been kept in the loop”.

“This is really disturbing and concerning.”

In a caption, she added that after she sent the text, her Cast started “receiving [messages] about [the show] airing in the US”.

“Do fkn better MAFS. Literally no due diligence or care,” she penned. “So they weren’t gonna tell us unless I spoke up?”

She also noted that MAFS would be getting a “mega pay-day” for it being sold to Lifetime.

“They are literally getting paid for the exploitation of us.”
