The Block 2023 fans have decided that Kristy and Brett Beams would’ve been better off building their entire home from scratch after their walls fell apart.
During the August 22 episode of the renovation show, the couple was trying to recover from the re-stumping drama that rocked their house the previous day.
However, they were SHOOKETH when they found out that their brick walls were LITERALLY crumbling.
Fans took to Twitter to debate whether The Block should’ve checked for these structural issues before filming.
Others suggested that producers intentionally chose these dusty old houses to create drama. And TBH, we don’t care if they did, cos’ we’re living for it!
One person even thought that Kristy and Brett would’ve been better off building their house from scratch.
And it seems like this user agrees!

After all of the chaos, producers decided to plonk a random beach challenge into the episode.
Fans thought this was pretty counter-intuitive, considering some teams LITERALLY have houses to build…
Others found the challenge super boring, with many claiming that they’d rather watch the renos. And duh.
To make matters worse, people were salty that Leah and Ash Milton crafted the best sand sculpture.
It’s not like we need Leah’s ego to grow any bigger…
People even said they wanted the couple to be voted off the show, Survivor style. But we’d like them to stay for the drama, please and thank you!
