The Traitors Australia has returned for a second season in 2023 and a bunch of Aussie celebrities have been enlisted to star in the newest instalment.

ICYMI: The series follows a bunch of contestants — AKA “the Traitors” — who meet secretly in a spooky hotel to devise a plan to eliminate their fellow players, known as “the Faithful”.

Meanwhile, “the Faithful” must figure out who is a Traitor so they can take the big ol’ prize money for themselves.

While the inaugural Australian season failed to take off in 2022, Network Ten (in conjunction with Paramount ANZ) is confident that sprinkling a little star power among the cast will give the show the push it needs.

Which Aussie celebrities appear in The Traitors Australia Season Two?

Seasoned TV veteran Roger Corser is back with hosting duties and will oversee the “Traitors” and “Faithful”, which includes celebs and everyday Aussies.

This includes Below Deck Mediterranean‘s Hannah Ferrier, who last appeared on Ten’s ill-fated dating series, The Real Love Boat Australia.

She is joined by Australian Survivor and Big Brother VIP‘s Luke Toki, as well as My Kitchen RulesAsh Pollard. The serial reality star has also had stints on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! AND Dancing with the Stars!

Other familiar faces include House Husbands actor Gyton Grantley, professional wrestler Simone Williams, motivational speaker Paul de Gelder, and TikTok sensation Ian Zaro.

Who are the everyday Australians competing on The Traitors Australia 2023?

With a little less of a target on their backs, 13 everyday Australians will be competing alongside the celebs on The Traitors 2023.

Also checking into the hotel is Keith, a former undercover police officer, as well as former federal agent Camille.

Nurse and cattle station owner Corinne, clinical psychotherapist Sarah and Blake, a beer sales manager are also on the bill.

They’re joined by Gloria, a disability support worker, Roha, who is leaving a life of luxury fashion behind and Anjelica, a lawyer and representative in Miss International Australia in 2022.

Rounding out the Season Two cast is insurance disputes manager Elias, marketing consultant Sam, Liam the apprentice sparky, graphic designer Paeden, and customer success manager Annabel.

What does the winner of The Traitors Australia 2023 win?

Last year, the winner of the show pocketed a whopping $250,000 and the same amount of cash is up for grabs this season.

However, there’s a twist.

If a Traitor makes it to the end undetected, they’ll automatically win the entire prize to themselves. But if two Faithfuls make it to the final stretch, the winner will get to choose whether to split the cash with their fellow finalist, or keep the dosh for themselves.
