Below Deck Down Under’s Luke Jones’ girlfriend, Diana Maldonado claims he was “acting” when he hopped into his co-star Margot Sisson‘s bed without her consent.

On August 8, a Below Deck fan shared a screenshot of her conversation with Diana on Twitter, where she asked the fitness coach how she could justify dating Luke after he was fired for misconduct.
However, Diana shockingly responded: “Girl, he was just acting. It’s a TV show, it’s not real life.”
Shortly after, fans took to the comments section to express their outrage at Diana’s blatant dismissal of the situation.
“Acting. So dude was just gonna ‘pretend’ to sexually assault her. Disgusting,” one user wrote.
“Why would anyone ‘act’ as a predator knowing this would follow them forever? No one is buying this!” another added.
Whilst a third penned: “That’s so awful”.
Why was Luke Jones fired on Below Deck Down Under?
Following a crew night out, Chief Stew Aesha Scott noticed Bosun Luke getting quite close to his drunk castmate, Margot.
As such, she opted to keep an eye on Margot, but as soon as she was left alone back on the charter, Luke entered her room totally naked and climbed into her bed.
Producers then tried to force Luke out of the room, and Aesha rushed to tell Captain Jason Chambers what had transpired.
“Basically, we came home tonight and I just kind of felt like Luke was kind of wanting to take advantage of Margot’s drunkenness, a little bit,” she explained. “She was pretty out of it.”
“Next thing I know, the power goes out and Luke is f*cking running out of Margot’s bed naked. She was completely unconscious.”
Luke was soon kicked off the boat with his employment terminated.
