Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Shannon Adams has ripped into his co-star Janelle Han on Instagram over comments she made about him in a previous interview.
ICYMI: since ditching the experiment after confessing he was still in love with his ex Jamea Drake, Shannon is making the most of having access to his social media again.
First, he called out 2022 star Domenica Calarco for pulling him up for his behaviour on TV. Now, it seems he has it in for Janelle, who recently roasted the groom for his “oompa loompa” tan.
In a chat with PEDESTRIAN.TV‘, the influencer said she could “see the tan was not evenly on his face”.
“I was just like, ‘Bro, stop’,” Janelle recalled. “The thing is, it’s even worse in person, like it was giving oompa loompa.”
Addressing the comments in an Instagram Reel, Adam said Janelle was “really nice to [him] throughout that whole experiment”.
“And then I get that. Don’t apologise to people, just to insult them straight after,” he expressed. “And that’s a message to all your friends too.
“Because I guarantee you do the same thing to them. It’s like you’re smiling at them with your finger under the table.
“Fake as. Seriously.”

Shannon continued by insinuating Janelle’s comments about his tan were a cheap shot, with the groom admitting it wasn’t a good look on himself.
“Sure, okay. I was burnt as f*ck. Absolutely,” he confessed. “[One] hundred per cent, won’t deny it.
“Looked like an oompa loompa, but at least it’s real,” he added alongside a screenshot of one of Janelle’s TikTok videos, in which she sports pink and purple hair extensions and pearls adorned on her face.
Shannon continued: “You can talk, [you] f*cking colouring book.”
The spicy commentary comes after Shannon slammed Domenica, telling her that his antics had nothing on her “sticky mickey” stoush with Olivia Frazer.
